電力事業發展的初期,電力的供給雖可以藉直流低電壓來供應較近而狹小的地域,但隨著大電力和長距離輸電的需要,並為了提高輸電的品質、減低損耗,以得到較經濟的方式輸送電力,故有利用變壓器來完成高壓輸電的必要。大同公司重電一廠目前配電變壓器構造設計流程中,採用Auto CAD軟體繪製2D工程圖,每位工程師應用個人電腦獨立作戰,常需作重複資料輸入或重複繪製之動作,且對標準化設計也十分不利。 本研究目的即是在建立配電變壓器構造設計「整合性的程式化自動繪圖」系統,以建立標準化設計模式。首先引進Solid Edge 3D繪圖軟體取代現行的Auto CAD 2D繪圖軟體,藉由Solid Edge 3D標準圖檔和變數表的參數式控制加上Excel資料庫連結設計,達到自動繪圖的功能。接著導入網際網路輸入、輸出介面配合執行檔模組的特殊功能設計,提供客戶端使用者操控伺服端自動繪圖系統的功能。這種「整合性的程式化自動繪圖」概念實際應用於大同公司重電一廠配電變壓器構造設計案例中,成功完成變壓器設計案構造部份設計實例,證實「整合性的程式化自動繪圖」概念可達到本研究原先設定的目標。
This research aims to improve the procedure of distribution transformer constructional design in Tatung company. An “Integrated Automated Drawing System” automated drawing system is developed for engineers so that the design procedure can be more efficient. The system uses Solid Edge as drawing software and Excel for database. Executive files for controlling the other components are constructed so that the users can access the system through the Internet, using www browsers as user interface. The critical technology of developing the system is the programming for executive file and Internet interface. In the system the users input data from the client site and sent the data through Internet. Then the automated drawing system is running at the server and output the result to client. A test case is designed successfully with the system in Tatung company to demonstrate the applicability of the “Integrated Automatic Drawing System”.
