配電變壓器負載監測及診斷系統之研製

摘要


本研究開發一套「配電變壓器監測及診斷系統」,該系統包含三部分,第一部份為「變壓器感測紀錄器」、第二部份為「資料讀取器」、第三部份為「變壓器診斷系統」。變壓器感測記錄器將檢測並記錄配電變壓器之溫度及/或電流,台電人員持資料讀取器經由無線電讀取感測記錄器儲存之溫度及/或電流變化曲線,再將讀取之資料傳送至主電腦之變壓器診斷系統,該系統依據此資料可監測變壓器負載情形,並估測變壓器可能的損害情形。

In this thesis, a monitoring and diagnostic system for distribution transformer is proposed. The system consists of three parts including transformer sensing data logger, data reader and transformer diagnostic system. The sensing data logger will measure and record transformer’s loading temperature and/or current. Taiwan Power Company’s service engineers can read the stored temperature and/or current profile in data logger by handheld data reader through radio frequency. The retrieved data is brought back to the main computer and transferred to the transformer diagnostic system in the main computer. The diagnostic system will monitor the load variations and estimate transformer’s damage based on the monitored data.
