本研究主要係收集有關難燃劑應用於防火塗料之相關資料,加以整理歸類,亦即對難燃劑導入塗料中之應用加以探討;並以瓦斯噴燈來觀察膨脹型防火塗料刷塗於木板及瓦楞紙鑑定膨脹型防火塗料抵禦火燄能力;藉由示差掃描熱卡計(DSC,Differential Scanning Calorimetry)之結果可判得膨脹型防火塗料反應機構以及配方之改善。自掃描式電子顯微(SEM,Scanning Electron Micrographs)可觀察到膨脹型防火塗料遇火燄所產生的碳層緻密度。經由霍氏紅外線光譜儀(FT-IR,Fourier Transform Infared Spectroscopy)得知耐燃劑、膨脹型防火塗料燃燒前後之分子結構變化。 關鍵字:耐燃性、耐燃劑、膨脹型防火塗料、碳層。
This research is intended to accumulate and to sort out information related to the application of retardant on fireproof coating, and to inves-tigate the application. We use gassy lamp to monitor the fireproofing ability of this Intumescent Fire Retardant applied on wood strip and pa-per. By using DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry) we get the results of the Intumescent Fire Retardant performance and hence the innovative chemical mixture percentage of this Intumescent Fire Retardant is got. By using SEM(Scanning Electron Micro-graphs) we are able to monitor the carbon layer thickness when the fireproof coating is burned. By using FT-IR(Fourier Transfor Infrared Spectros-copy) we are able to detect the changes on the molecular structure before and after the retardant and the fireproof coating are burned.
