汽車工業是高資本、高技術性且須高度整合之綜合性產業,先進工業國家無不將之視為策略性工業,台灣的汽車產業,雖然規模不如歐美日等汽車生產大國,但在台灣的產業結構中仍有其一定之重要性。 多角化則是企業成長或擴充時的重要策略與手段,乃企業基於整體發展的需要而導入新的產品、進入新的市場、新的產業或新的事業的活動。許多台灣企業選擇多角化經營,以為成長策略的一部份。本研究以個案公司為例,研究因外在環境變遷,企業以多角化經營策略與多角化所衍生綜效對集團的影響。
The automotive industry is an industry of high investment, high technology and high integration. The developed countries regard it as a strategic industry. Although the automotive industry in Taiwan is not competitive to that in Europe, US and Japan, it plays an important role in Taiwan industry. Diversification is an important strategy for business progress and expansion. It tries to introduce new products, enter into new markets, or new industries. Many Taiwan companies adopt the diversification as their growth strategy. The main motivation of diversification is to purchase the profit and avoid the risks of wrong investments. Take the case of T-group as an example, we aim to investigate the synergy from the diversification, and discuss its effects on the progress of a group.
