摘要


聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯結晶形態 學生:陳智仁 指導教授:余子隆 元智大學 化學工程學系 摘要 我們針對聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯PET以偏光顯微鏡及Hv光散射從事高溫(190~230℃)的結晶研究。我們發現球晶在低於220℃以下是負型的正常球晶。當結晶溫度高於220℃以上時,球晶晶片分子鏈排列是負型正常球晶與正型的異常球晶的混合隨著結晶溫度上升正型的異常球晶含量逐漸增加而負型球晶的正常球晶含量逐漸減少。由此初步數據我們大概可判斷PET球晶內部晶片及分子鍵在220℃以下晶片分子鏈是平躺於球晶表面。當結晶溫度高於220℃以上隨著溫度的提高,晶片分子鏈逐漸傾斜站立於球晶表面。

Yu Institute of Chemical Engineering Yuan-Ze Iniversity Abstrate Crystallization of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) at high temperature (190℃~230℃) was studied using optical microscope(POM) and small angle laser light scattering . The spherulite of PET crystalline was a negative usual type while it was crystallized at a temperature below 220℃. As PET was crystallized above 220℃than 220℃, the spherulite composed mixture of usual negative type and unusual positive types. The content of unusual positive type increased with increasing crystallization temperature. These result suggest that lamellae molecular chains lie on the surface of spherulite while PET was crystallized at a temperature below 220℃,and more and more lamellae molecular chains stand and tilt on the surface of crystallites as crystallization temperature was increased from 220℃ to 230℃.
