於教室中以共同螢幕的群組軟體輔助行動合作學習

Public Shared Display Groupware in Classrooms for Supporting One-on-One Collaborative Learning

摘要

在一對一的學習環境中，學生使用行動裝置與無線網路於合作學習活動中，能改善並增進教室內的學習活動。但由於行動裝置是針對個人使用所設計，不能應付多人同時觀看，因而在討論活動中，失去了共同的關注區域，不能以非口語的互動方式（例如用手指螢幕）來輔助溝通上的理解，使得小組討論分裂成只有部分組員進行討論。而現今的教室中，也缺乏有效的顯示設備，以支援小組顯示組員的資訊，進行合作學習活動。本研究提出了一共同螢幕的群組軟體，使用共同螢幕來顯示組員資訊，提供共同的注視區域，探討是否可於討論中促進組員互動並改善溝通模式。實驗顯示，使用共同螢幕可提升組員於討論中的理解，並增進對同伴動作的認知。因此，合作學習活動可藉由共同螢幕與一對一的學習環境，讓組員全部參與討論，增進互動，而避免分裂的討論模式。
