3D量測系統對於許多應用皆非常迫切需要,但限於技術,要發展一 個能適用於多數應用的高精度即時3D量測系統並不容易,往往需使用昂 貴的設備與高速電腦來達成。因此我們提出方法來發展一個3D量測系統 ,找出可行的理論,並以簡單的設備達成即時處理與精度要求。 我們使用一雷射投光器來產生主動光源,而此光源的強度及相位是 可控制的。將此主動光源投射於待測物上,由於此待測物表面上的深度 各處不同,使得此主動光源的相位產生變化,再利用相位的變化以 DSP 技術求出待測物的座標值。我們所提的方法,具有以下四個優點: (1)因為可以使用硬體的方法來達成,所以量測速度迅速 ,非常適合於即時量測,例如人體或線上檢視等; (2)相位的獲得只需要一個影像,能減少因震動而產生的不良影響; (3)每一個CCD的像素都是取樣點,解析度很高;及 (4)因為使用相位量測技術,所量測結果非常準確。 所提方法可以應用於移動物體的即時量測及需要高速量測的應用, 例如線上即時的檢視,醫學診斷及電腦視覺等。 To develop accurate 3D measuring systems is necessary for many applications like object shape acquisition,inspection, medical diagnosis, quality control, robotics, CAD/CAM, solid modeling, computer vision, virtual reality, and multimedia.A common used approach for measuring 3D data is by detecting the phase of interference fringe, but it also has the following problems: (1)the computation speed is slow because the process of multiple images of the measured object are required;and (2) he implementation cost is very high because it must be operated on optical tables to eliminate the effect of vibration and obtain accurate results. By calculating the phase shift and employing DSP (Digital Signal Processing) techniques, a new method for high-accuracy 3D measuring systems is presented in the paper. The method has the following advantages including:(1) the processing speed is fast bcause only a single image of the measured object is required for obtaining the phase map; (2) the resolution is high because each pixel of the image can be used to calculate the 3D shape of the object; and (3) the measuring resultis very accurate. Expermental results are given to show the superiority of the method.
