兒虐施虐者配偶親職角色與態度之探討-以桃園縣身體虐待案件為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討施虐者配偶在兒童虐待事件中所扮演的角色和因應的方式，從中瞭解兒虐事件為何會持續不斷發生及影響施虐者配偶處理虐待事件的因素。本研究採質性研究法，以半結構式深度訪談男、女各六位，共十二位施虐者配偶。

研究結果：一、發生兒虐事件時施虐者配偶受到家庭壓力、父權主義、傳統教養觀和自幼經驗的影響，會有不同的因應方式。二、在通報社會局前，施虐者配偶為了家庭的和諧或是遭到施虐者的暴力威脅以及從小父母教養方式的影響，多數的施虐者配偶不會帶孩子脫離受虐的環境，而讓孩子活在受虐的環境中成為長期的受虐者。三、在社會局介入處理兒虐事件後，有的施虐者配偶會改變對孩子的親職行為，全力保護孩子不受到虐待。有的施虐者配偶仍然是堅持己見，認為孩子受虐是自找的，也不認為自已的教養方式有錯，不須要做任何的改變。

This study aims at investigating the role played the spouse of the abuser in the child abuse case and the method to cope with it; we hope we can understand why child’s abuse case continuously happen and what are the factors that affect the dealing of child’s abuse case by the spouse of the abuser. In this study, qualitative research method is taken and six males and females are interviewed respectively in semi-structure way, that is, a total of 12 spouses of the abusers are interviewed.

The research results are: 1. When the child abuse case occurs, the spouse of the abuser will react differently depending on factors such as: family pressure, fatherhood concept, conventional breeding concept and the experiences since childhood. 2. Before reporting to the department of Social Welfare, in order to keep the family harmony or due to violent threat put on by the abuser or due to the effect of conventional breeding method, most of the spouses of the abusers will not bring the child to escape the environment of abuse; therefore, the child is living in the environment of abuse and becomes a child that is abused for a long term. 3. After the intervention of the department of Social Welfare, some of the spouses of the abusers will change the parent behavior put on the child and fully protect the child so that he/she won’t get abused any more; however, some still insist on what they think and think that the child has asked himself/herself for the abuse; they don’t think anything wrong in their breeding method and they do not need to do any changes.
