受虐兒童保護服務處遇模式之研究－以屏東縣為例

摘要

本研究採用質性研究方式，並運用「研究目的取樣」取出十位屏東縣受虐兒童保護服務處遇模式社會工作人員進行個別式深度訪談，並把蒐集到的資料予以歸類、分析，進而建構出不同類型的受虐兒童保護服務處遇模式。研究結果發現，受虐兒童保護服務處遇模式有六種類型：精神病理處遇模式、心理動力處遇模式、行為修正處遇模式、危機介入處遇模式、家庭系統維繫處遇模式、增加權能與倡導處遇模式。最後，依據本研究發現對於政府部門、專業社會工作、受虐兒童保護服務處遇模式實務工作提出多項建議，期望提供相關專業領域專業工作人員實務工作規劃與運用之參考。

The purpose is that constructing treatment model of abused child protective services and improving the development of abused child practice work profession. This research is a qualitative research. The research use ”research purpose sampling” and the research selects eighteen suitable social workers of doing abused child protective services treatment model in Pingdung. And collected their experience through ”in-depth interview method”, then the data is categorized and analysised. Finally construct different types treatment model of abused child protective services. The findings of the research that treatment model of abused child protective services have Mental Illness Treatment Model, Psychodynamic Treatment Model, Behavior Therapy Treatment Model, Crisis Intervention Treatment Model, Family System Preservation Treatment Model and Empowerment and Advocacy Treatment Model F1nally, several items of suggestions to the department of government, the field of social work profession, the field of abused child protective work and use ”Life Model” to construct the new treatment model of abused child protective services.
