This thesis discuss a crosstalk effect in the Electronic Paper Display(EPD) then try to find the optimization that including thickness of insulator and the design of the pixel electrode. We used the insulator material (SiNx) to test different conditions of thickness for the process and combine the different pixel electrode patterns designed. We accord the current manufacture process in electronic paper display to do the testing. We check the display phenomenon to understand of the crosstalk effective. Finally, we found out the majority factor was the thickness of insulator. The optimum thickness of the insulator (SiNx) is 14000Å and the optimum pattern of the pixel electrode is type G (page.32).
