兩岸三地企業建置工作流程管理系統之探討-以S公司為例

摘要

面對現今全球化的激烈競爭，世界市場一體化競爭與生產跨國分散已成為一個共同趨勢，本國企業也紛紛轉移生產基地至海外，以尋求較低成本之生產資源，尤以我國企業大多將生產基地設置中國大陸，希望運用當地低成本優勢，積極爭取一己之地，尋求新機會，因此兩岸三地各有公司、工廠或分支據點的現象愈來愈普遍，兩岸三地企業因而形成，隨兩岸三地的經營模式的普遍與緊密，溝通文件的傳遞、簽核、發佈、保存等議題已成為企業提升營運效能的重要一環。
本研究藉由一個兩岸經營模式的台灣上市製造企業為研究對象，探討研究對象溝通文件工作流程實際面臨的相關問題、現況，透過運用Web Services為基礎的分散式架構工作流程管理資訊系統導入，並運用結構性自然情境觀察方法作為成效評估的方式，記錄研究對象上線前、後溝通文件作業實際完成時間，以判斷系統是否有效改善、提昇個案公司作業流程的效率、解決個案公司所面臨之問題。
期望透過本研究作為未來在地點分佈廣、分點多、距離遠的營運模式之企業，作為開發、建置或導入工作流程管理資訊系統時的參考。

Nowadays, the global economic has facing the rapid changes and massive competition. Large enterprises focus the market strategy on the concept of not only developing the global market as a whole, also form a set of manufactures into a global production networks. Being more cost effective is an important issue as the Taiwan local enterprises tend to move their manufactures over to China to win a better position in the world competition. Therefore, how to effectively keep the oversea manufactures and head quarter information connected has became a significant subject particularly on the procedure of inner-department data transfer, information exchange, and communication.
This paper analyzes the cross-strait business model via study on the listed company specified in manufacturing industry. The analysis will investigate the current situation, problems, and implied problems on the data procedure that based on Web service Distributed Computing Base Management implement. By applying the structural observation, recording precisely on the time frame of data transfer procedure before and after the system has deployed that determines whether the system has effectively improve and simplify the whole work process.
The purpose of this study is to offer a useful resource for the companies that consider in extending the business overseas with more efficient IT system development and deploy management.
