本論文以Honeywell HMC2003 三軸磁阻感應器為主要研究主題,此感應器可應用於低磁場強度的感測。實際測試方位與姿態於羅盤卡上,並於羅盤卡上的各角度上量取該感應器中X、Y、Z三軸因磁場感應後所測出之電壓值,經數值換算後,求解出方位及姿態。 在三軸磁阻感應器測試時受到強磁干擾時,薄膜磁化之極性會受到破壞,三軸磁阻感應器之特性即隨之改變,進而影響到所測出之電壓值,其重置程序,變的必要不可或缺的一個步驟。
In this thesis, we use the HMC2003 three-axis Magneto resistive Sensor for the purpose, and also this magnetic resistive sensor could apply in the low magnetic field strengths. Actually measures the azimuth and attitude on the compass rose for every 15-degree. On the compass rose measures the magnetic field from the X、Y、 Z magneto-resistive sensors in to the voltage, after the translation to find out the azimuth. During the measurement the influence of the magnetic field along the each axis on the HMC2003 hybrid could upset , or flip the polarity of film magnetization, thus changing the sensor characteristics. Following such an upset field, a strong restoring magnetic field must be applied momentarily to restore, or set, the sensor characteristics. The set/reset procedure become the needed step .
