本研究旨在探討學校志工人員培訓與管理運作之間的關係。主要研究目的有(一)、探討學校志工人員培訓與管理運作之內涵與現況。(二)、探討學校志工不同背景變項於人員培訓上之差異情形。(三)、探討人員培訓之得分低、中、高三組志工於管理運作得分之差異情形。(四)、探討學校志工人員培訓對管理運作之相關情形。(五)、探討學校志工人員培訓對管理運作之預測情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,以臺北縣彭福國小為研究對象,共計發106份,回收有效問卷102份,問卷可用率為96.22%。所蒐集資料以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及多元逐步迴歸等方法進行統計分析。本研究主要發現如下: 一、目前學校志工人員培訓表現良好,以「人員招募」表現較佳,「人員訓練」表現相對較弱。 二、目前學校志工管理運作表現良好,以「人員認同」表現較佳,「人員管理」表現相對較弱。 三、不同背景變項在人員培訓及管理運作上並未呈現差異性。 四、不同人員培訓程度之學校志工在於管理運作上具有差異性。 五、學校志工之人員培訓與管理運作之間具有正向關聯。 六、學校志工之人員培訓對管理運作具有正向的預測作用;「人員訓練」是「整體管理運作」及其各向度之重要關建預測因素。
This study aims at investigating the relationships between the training and operation of the volunteers for school works. The main purposes are (1) to investigate the content and the current status of the training and operation of the volunteers, (2) to investigate if the volunteers with different backgrounds affect their performance in training, (3) to investigate if the high, mid, low scores volunteers get in training affect their scores in operation, (4) to investigate the correlation between the training and operation of the volunteers, and (5) to investigate the estimation of the training of volunteers against the operation. The study is based on survey research with volunteers in Peng Fu Elementary School as study population. The response rate is 96.22 % with 106 questionnaires in total and 102 responses. The data collected is analyzed by descriptive statistics, t test, univariate and multivariate one-way analysis of variance, and step-wise regression. The findings are as follows: 1.The volunteer training achieves good performance in which the recruitment is comparatively better than the basic and in-service training. 2.The operation of volunteers achieves good performance in which the identification with the school of the volunteers is comparatively better than the volunteer management. 3.There is no significant difference between the training and the operation in terms of different backgrounds of volunteers. 4.There is significant difference between the degree of training and the operation of the volunteers. 5.There is positive correlation between the training and operation of volunteers. 6.The training of volunteers for school works has positive prediction to the operation of volunteers; the basic and in-service training is the key predictive factor in overall operation and other aspects.
