在微循環中,由臨床實驗已經證明出許多病因都是由微循環所引起,所以目前可以經由微循環的改變變因來測出身體狀況良好與否。而在改變變因的環境因素中,實行局部穴道加熱是能夠改善末梢微循環的方法之一,使用小範圍單點加熱於左手合谷或左手合谷旁之非穴道兩點,並且利用雷射杜卜勒微流儀(LDF),在十位健康男性中,量測出血液中紅血球之相對的流速及流量,以觀察微循環的血流變化。 本實驗於改變體溫溫度達到8到10 度左右。經由分析結果,單點局部加熱會導致血流量上升,血液微循環變好。在平均血流量、血流波形面積、血流波形振幅均為穴道比非穴道來得明顯。並且於血流波形寬度、心臟打出血流和末端微循環血流開始上升的時間差和心跳變異率可得知,加熱穴道比起加熱非穴道,血流阻力可能較小。所以本研究結果發現,穴道可能改善微循環,對微循環疾病治療有重要效果和意義。
In the microcirculation , from clinical trials has proved the cause of many are caused by the microcirculation, so it can change through the microcirculation to detect change due to whether or not in good physical condition. Change in environmental factors, the heat is able to be used to improve the peripheral microcirculation of one of the methods. The use of a single point of heating a small area in the left-handed acupuncture point and nonacupuncture points ,and the use of Laser Doppler Flowmetry (LDF) can measure the blood flow rate of red blood cells and the relative flow to observe the blood flow changes in microcirculation between ten healthy men . Changes in body temperature in this experiment, the temperature reached about 8 to 10 degrees. By the results of the analysis, a single point of localized heating would lead to increased blood flow, blood microcirculation improvement . The average blood flow(DCflux), Area of blood flow pulse (ACflux), blood flow pulse amplitude (Amp) in acupuncture point are significantly more than nonacupuncture point . And blood flow pulse in width(PW), making the heart and the end of microcirculation blood flow began to increase blood flow (FDT)and Coefficient of Heart rate variation (HR_CV), compared to nonacupuncture point heating heating acupuncture point, vascular resistance may be relatively small. Therefore, this study found that acupuncture point may improve the microcirculation of the microcirculation has an important effect of treatment of disease and significance .
