發光二極體高亮度與高演色率之研究

A Study of light emitting diode with high brightness and high color-index

摘要


一般製作白光LED的方式,可利用紅色、綠色、藍色的LED發光晶粒,經封裝後混合成白光。或是直接利用單一白光LED發光晶粒發射白光。在此研究中,利用藍光LED晶粒刺激螢光粉與矽膠之混合物,來發出白光。 首先,針對現有的450nm藍光晶片,來調配不同比例的單一螢光粉,再將其藍光晶粒組合。以期找出LED最佳之發光效率與演色率(Ra),來產生最佳的演色率、亮度、色差最小的LED照明。然後,利用多色螢光粉與藍光晶粒組合,調配出當色溫位在2000~6000K時,其演色率可保持在Ra值為 60,且每瓦光效為 50流明。最後,選擇三種450nm、460nm、470nm晶粒與黃色螢 光粉組合後,以找出最佳的演色率、亮度、色差最小的照明。研究結果發現,當利用多波段的藍光晶粒與單一黃色螢光粉組合時 ,也可達到演色率Ra為60,每瓦光效為55流明之照明。

Currently, white light emitting diode (LED) was fabricated by combining blue, green and red LEDs chip that mix color to get white light by package process or by single white die to get emitting white light. In this paper, a blue die with phosphor process was needed to get white light LED. We allocated different proportion single phosphor powder with blue die at first and then found out the best luminescence efficiency and perform color index. Then, we fabricated LED by combining multiple color phosphor and blue die that mix color to get white light while allocating out color temperature 2000~6000K. Its performs color index keeps Ra 60, luminescence efficiency 50lm/W. Finally, we fabricated LED by multiple blue wavelength dies with single phosphor that it can reach the color index of Ra 62 and luminescence efficiency 55lm/W.
