競爭力與顧客關係管理 隨著全球化的腳步加快,資訊科技進步和市場激烈競爭,以工資成本為主的傳統產業快速移往大陸、東南亞,如何提昇化纖產業的競爭力及加強顧客關係管理已是經營上重要的關鍵因素。 本研究以個案研究方式,提出三種不同層級的競爭力概念,對化纖產業競爭力與顧客關係衡量兩者所受「競爭環境」、「核心能力」、「核心資源」、「競爭策略」所牽動的影響因素 – 做關聯性探討,以瞭解競爭力與顧客關係管理實務需求,內容現況及影響。 茲將研究成果摘要如下: 1. 化纖業的優勢利基條件: 透過企業資源規劃ERP以顧客關係管理CRM為基礎,將企業內部與外部環境資源有效整合,達到降低營運成本,滿足顧客需求為目標,提昇企業競爭力。 2. 在化纖產業中,以個案研究方式對遠東紡織化纖SDY在顧客關係中(顧客服務、客製化服務、 忠誠度方案、低成本導向)做深入探討、做為未來改進的方向。 3. 核心能力的維持: 為應付外在環境變化,企業內部因應變化產生特有應變能力。
ABSTRACT As globalization goes faster, the competition of information technology and marketing tend to be more serious, the conventional industry which based on labor cost moved to mainland China, South East Asia gradually, therefore, to improve the competition and enhance customer relationship management on Polyester Filament SDY is the key factor of whole business operation. The research takes a case as an example to raises up three different levels for the competition concept, and to evaluate the competition from “enivornment competition”, “core competition”, “core resource” and “competition strategy”in order to understand the real needed from competition and customer relationship management, and also the influence of it. The research has been summarized as the following: 1. The advantages of Polyester Filament SDY: Take CRM as fundamental then uses enterprise resource in order to plan ERP system, and to integrate outside resource for lower operation cost; raises enterprise competition. 2. Take Far Eastern Textile Polyester Filament SDY as research example for customer relationship (customer service, custom ability, customer’s loyalty and low cost) as the direction for future improvement. 3. Maintain core capability: The enterprise should have capability to survive wheather outside environment changed.
