摘 要
隨著網路技術快速發展，帶動網路的蓬勃發展，網路的應用已成為企業主要成功因素之一。然而需求愈殷切，網路也愈龐大和複雜，為有效管理整體網路，就必須有合適的網路管理系統(NMS，Network Management System)，才能有效執行網路管理(Network Management)的五項功能。網路管理的範圍包括了從管理分佈在網路上各種不同的系統與設備，到企業內部區域網路組態管理，以及對外連接網際網路效能管理。
企業網路管理系統建置的架構在以往的文獻中已有許多參考資料，各大網路廠商更提供多種適合企業網路環境的解決方案。然而，建置完成的網路管理系統，是否符合企業之需求、規劃預期並持續維持在最佳的狀態;網路管理系統的管理及問題解決實為其最重要的接續工作，另外後期的技術支援及產品的擴充性也應該為評選的主要指標。
本研究透過文獻的探討、及專家意見，整理出遴選網路管理系統(NMS)的所有指標項目，再利用AHP法來衡量這些指標和構面的權重，產生出來的結果讓企業之資訊人員能更有系統去遴選或評估目前的網路管理系統。
本研究最大貢獻在於建立具客觀性的評估準則及權重量表。本研究的成果可提供業界在進行遴選網路管理系統時的參考。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the convenience of Internet impels the prosperous development of network. The application of network has become one of the key factors that lead the enterprise to success. However, the more the demand is, the more complicated and bulky the network becomes. In order to manage the integrated network efficiently, it is necessary to have a suitable network management system (NMS) to execute the five FCAPS functions of network management.
There are many references of the infrastructure of enterprise network management system, and network vendors even provide many enterprise network management solutions for customers. However, it is still a big question mark that if those solutions fit the needs of enterprises and will keep performing on a reasonable level in a regular basis. It is key point that problem solving and management will maintain good networking performance. In addition, the technique support and the extension of product should be considered of the criteria of selection.
This study will result the criteria for the selection of NMS via reference and specialist’s opinion. Then, using an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to weigh their effects.
With the proposed approach, it enables organizations to select and evaluate the NMS efficiently.
