隨著經濟與電子科技快速發展後,產業間競爭日趨激烈,因此企業在經營上受到嚴峻的考驗。企業為維持競爭力或創造經營優勢,紛紛導入企業資源整體規劃系統(ERP系統)。然而ERP系統的導入失敗的案例不勝枚舉,更有因導入ERP系統而導致企業經營危機的案例,因此,如何降低企業導入ERP系統的風險,身為IT人員必須有所了解。 影響ERP系統導入成敗的關鍵因素眾多,有組織層面、文化層面等眾多因素。除這些關鍵因素之外,IT人員本身在系統導入過程中所扮演的角色相當重要,但IT人員究竟有哪些能力將影響系統導入的成敗。於是,本研究針對個案公司與其子公司為探討對象進行深度訪談,研究IT人員的控制能力與溝通能力對於ERP系統的導入的影響進行探討,將研究發現與結論,提供企業在導入ERP系統時參考。
Because enterprises are facing fierce competitive environment in the wake of rapid development of economics and electronics technology, ERP system are implemented to maintain or create competitive edge. However, failing cases of ERP system implementation are numerous, and some of them even cause crisis and jeopardize the existence of the enterprises. Therefore, IT staff must realize how to avoid the risk of ERP implementation. Key factors for successful implementation of ERP system are plenty, including organization and culture. In addition, given that IT staff play an important role during implementation, what abilities IT staff have might determine the result of implementation. The case company and its subsidiaries are studied in this paper to discuss the impact of IT staff’s control and communication abilities on implementation of ERP system The findings are expected to provide reference for enterprises that are implementing ERP system.
