中小企業占我國整體企業九成以上,實乃我國經濟命脈。中小企業創業艱難,大學型育成中心在中小企業的創業過程中扮演著推手的角色。我國整體育成中心,八成以上為大學型育成中心。本研究希望針對大學型育成中心的培育過程進行育成危害分析(Incubating Hazard Analysis, IHA),了解在培育過程中可能遭遇的問題,或使中小企業中止創業的原因。 1. 建構目前育成中心培育的實務流程。 2. 歸納進駐廠商在接受育成中心培育時,遭遇的問題。 3. 訂定培育流程每個步驟的管制點。 本研究透過訪談法的方式,針對研究型大學、教學型大學、科技大學三類型的育成中心進行了解。對於育成中心實務培育流程、培育過程可能遭遇問題、遭遇問題之風險程度及控制程度等問題進行深入訪談。希望透過研究結果歸納出中小企業普遍遭遇問題,尋找出重要管制點(Critical Control Point) ,提供育成中心作為培育輔導的參考。
The overall small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Taiwan accounted for more than 90 percent, there really is the lifeblood of our economy. SMEs want to start an enterprise is very difficult, university-based incubator in entrepreneurial process of SMEs play a promotion role. More than 80 percent incubator in Taiwan is university-based incubator. Using incubating hazard analysis in the university-based incubator's foster process, to know in the foster process SMEs may encounter problems, or suspension of business reasons. 1. Construct a practice incubator process. 2. Summarize the companies in incubator's foster process, the problems encountered. 3. Setup the control point for each step in the foster process. In this study, the way through the interview, for research universities, teaching universities, universities of science and technology, three type of incubation center to find out. Through the in-depth interviews, to find out of practical foster process, may encounter problem in the foster process, the problem degree of control and risk. Through the research results summarize the general problem of the SMEs, to find the critical control point in the foster process, and provide incubation center as a reference.
