無線技術應用於電池組裝廠自動監控充放電測試系統

摘要


電池屬於高危險產品,必須使用嚴密的監測系統控制生產品質以免危害社會大眾,此自動充放電Learning工站為整個電池組裝生產過程中非常重要的一環;此工站除了耗時外且有人為疏失的可能性,故若能擁有自動化無線監控的能力,將有助於整體產線效能的提高並且增加製造過程中的安全性。 本研究所發展的電池組裝廠的自動充放電Learning監控系統,其目的是利用新發展的無線技術﹙ZigBee﹚將測試程序自動化。採用了WEB遠端監控的設計,可隨時監控工廠的狀態,提供異地快速處理測試錯誤的功能,而且收集電池Learning過程中的相關測試數據至資料庫中,供將來製程追蹤和改善使用。同時,本系統的理論基礎與技術實現在製造行業和自動化領域皆有指標性意義;對新發展的ZigBee技術的應用範圍也有極重要的推廣意義。

Battery is a high-risky product. It is obviously that having a rigid monitoring system to control the production quality so as to prevent hazards is critical and necessary. Currently, the Automatic Pack Learning station is used in the assembly process. However, it is time-consuming and has a possibility of operating negligence. The goal of this proposed research is to develop an automatic monitoring system with wireless technology to help improving production safety during manufacturing. It uses a new technology - ZigBee to build up an automatic testing data transmission system. It is a web-based system and is able to trace the production quality promptly and detect the testing errors rapidly.
