溫度感測器結合ZigBee技術應用於護理之家之研究

摘要


在現今各大醫療機構裡面,目前還都是利用人工的方式來測量和紀錄被照護者每天的基本健康狀況。通常都只有早晚會進行一次此項工作,因此大部分的時間護理人員都無法了解被照護者的健康情況,常常錯失第一時間的緊急處理,所以我們這次的實驗將以人體體溫電子化的測量來取代人力的測量為研究方向。電子化後除了可以降低護理人員的人力成本之外,測量次數還可以依需求增加,所以愈容易讓護理人員在第一時間掌握被照護者的健康情況,以達到降低發生意外的機率。   我們這次的實驗分成三大部分,第一部分為體溫的測量,我們將會利用人體的脖子做為體溫感測的測量區域,再來益眾科技所研發的DS1821這顆溫度IC當成我們的感測元件,做成一個體溫感測器,以此取得人體體溫資料。第二部分為無線遙測,我們將透過MICROCHIP所研發的PICDEM-Z DEMO KIT做為開發套件,這部分主要任務就是利用它裡面的ZigBee元件來負責幫我們傳送人體體溫資料到伺服器。第三部分為伺服器資料庫,我們將採用Microsoft SQL Server來儲存被照護者的人體體溫資料,在利用Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003裡面的Visual Basic專案來開發一個介面,提供給護理人員隨時掌握被照護者的體溫變化情形,讓被照護者在發生異常情形時,護理人員可以馬上進行處理。   本次實驗會把整個系統從溫度的讀取到護理人員取得溫度的結果,整個過程做一個完整的實作,最後會提出未來還可以繼續研究的方向。

Nowadays, patients in every medical organization are still measured and recorded health condition manually for the time being. Usually, it's operating only one time in the morning and at night, therefore, most of time patients' health condition can't be told very well so that nursing staffs always miss foremost urgent moment, so this study is aiming at the approach to replace manual measuring by electronic sensing. It couldn't only reduce strength of nurse staffs, but also controls health condition easier by any demanding on operating so that accident would be controlled to be lowest risk.   This study consists of be three main parts. First of all we see the neck as measuring area for body temperature testing. Then we use a sensor which is made of DS1821 IC, made by institution of I-CHONG science and technology to be a body sensor for getting data about human being. The second part is wireless remote control; we use an instrument which is based on PICDEM-Z DEMO KIT which is used by inner ZigBee as a component by MICROCHIP's searches to send data of body temperature to the browser. Final part is browser database. We save the data of body temperature with Microsoft SQL Server, and make a page by Visual Basic Project, from Microsoft Visual Studio NET 2003 software to master patients' variation of body for nurse staff so that they wouldn't miss foremost emergency accident.   This study figures out the result which is gotten with system by nurse staff to do a complete research to inspire scientist more study in the future.
