本研究主要以添加不同UV 安定劑配方之壓克力膠進行貼合成PC成品,經由不同的照光時間模擬PC產品老化情形,探討各配方對PC貼合成品黃化的抑制效果,以FTIR 相減圖來探討經照UV光後,斷鏈及老化情形,以比較其光氧老化,黃化之安定效果;結果顯示PC膜材成品於FTIR相減圖有C=0吸收峰減少情況;表示PC膜材會因UV光強烈照射產生結構裂解情形。含有配方UV40 之壓克力膠貼合出之PC,經UV 強烈照射後,C=0收峰減小有減緩趨勢;表示其對於PC 裂解有保護效果。在UV-Vis的穿透度、黃化值(db值)、總色差值(dE)測試結果顯示:使用含有配方UV24安定劑之壓克力膠貼合出PC成品抗黃化效果均大於添加UV40安定劑之貼合成品。在物性測試比較中, 經強烈UV照光下(288 小時),PC膜材 有透明度下降現象,使用添加UV24與UV40進行貼合之PC成品透明度與霧度等物性變化影響小。
The purpose of this study is the effect of UV absorbent upon the anti-yellowing of polycarbonate. Anti-yellowing studies were carried out in Q-UV aging accelerator. Decreases in Vc=o was used as the criteria for PC photo-oxidation in FTIR spectrum. The minimum wavelength of reflection was used as the criteria for PC yellowing in UV-Vis spectrum. The dE (Delta E) and db (Delta b ) were used as the criteria for PC yellowing in chroma. The experimental result is indicated that addition of UV absorbent (UV40&UV24) to PC improved the yellowing of PC.
