智慧型手機機構研發流程與資訊整合之研究

摘要

隨著資訊網路隨身走的時代來臨，新的消費性電子產品-智慧型手機也隨之問世，結合通訊與網路的連結功能，並且可以和電腦連線使資訊同步，使智慧型手機一問世即成為極具競爭力的產品。要開發此項產品所需投入的不僅是最新科技，同時需透過完善的資訊管理流程達到研發資源整合的目的，有效的執行研發中的各個階段。
本文闡述智慧型手機機構研發流程，說明研發過程中與其他部門的協調溝通，或與合作廠商間的交流模式，皆仰賴規格化的資訊處理，並藉由資訊協同平台達到資訊同步、迅速無誤的傳遞到各部門與廠商手中，可以有效率的對產品提出改進建議，創造出有市場競爭力的產品。

For the incoming century of information and internet around, a new 3C product - Smartphone has been created. With the combination of communication and connection with internet, furthermore, link with computer and share information, make Smartphone a competitive product in the market. To develop such product, only highest technology was not enough. It depends on Management Information Process to make information transfer efficiently.

This article shows the develop process of Smartphone by mechanical department. And also describe how to make the information between other department and vendor transfer identically and efficiently. By correct data sharing we can directly receive the suggestion of product improvement to make it reach maturity as a competitive product in the world.
