我國金控公司競爭力指標之探討與建立

摘要

本研究針對國內目前各金控公司擁有之競爭優勢，進行歸類分析，並彙整國際金融競爭力評比標準，發展出競爭力指標，再以層級分析法（Analytical Hierarchy Process；AHP）分析構面與層級，並取得相對之權重值，輔以金融數據統計資料與問卷調查方式，取得各金控公司之競爭力分數，進行各金控公司之評比，根據這些競爭力指標與評比結果，給予國內金控公司於未來經營發展上提供建議與方向。
研究結果顯示，在競爭力指標之六大構面中，公司規模（1.3292）取得最高分數，表示資產大、市占率高的基礎條件優勢，依舊是增加獲利與提升競爭力最有利的武器。而於競爭力指標之十九項細項指標中，資訊系統整合（0.8953）取得最高分數，代表著資訊爆炸的年代裡，擁有最多資訊已經不是占有絕對優勢，誰能最快速的整合所有資訊，誰能最即時的提供有效的資訊，才是贏得勝利的關鍵因素。國內十四家金控公司整體競爭力評比上，前三名依序為國泰金（8.8961）、兆豐金（8.5118）、中信金（7.4253），最後三名依序為日盛金（3.9087）、國票金（5.3703）、元大金（5.4075），顯見公司規模較大、資訊運用較快的金控公司，是擁有最具競爭力的。

This study focuses on the analysis of competition advantages of domestic financial holding corporations and develops competitiveness indices by studying international comparison standards for financial competitiveness. This study further applies the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to obtain numerical weights by analyzing the elements and hierarchy. Additionally, this study employs financial statistics and surveys to obtain the competitiveness level of each financial holding company for comparison. Based on the results of aforesaid competitiveness indices and comparison, this study provides suggestions with regard to future management and development to domestic financial holding companies.
The results indicate that among the six elements of competitiveness indices, company scale (1.3292) has the highest score. Further more, among the nineteen sub-indices information system integration (0.8953) has the highest score. As a result of the competitiveness comparison of fourteen domestic financial holding companies, the first three most competitive companies are Cathay Financial Holdings （8.8961）、Mega Holdings（8.5118）、Chinatrust Financial Holdings（7.4253）, while the least ones are Jih Sun Financial Holdings（3.9087）、Waterland Financial Holdings（5.3703）、Yuanta Financial Holdings（5.4075）.
