摘要


電池中的觸媒層與碳布等零件,很容易因組裝後受力分佈不均勻的差異,進而造成材料特性不均勻以及影響電池效能、穩定性及耐久性,為了克服此問題,本研究是利用TRIZ方法,改善目前PEMFC(質子交換膜燃料電池)在組裝後之應力分佈不均的問題,並透過組裝實驗,利用感壓薄膜取代MEA以MATLAB程式轉換成量化的應力值,來驗証利用TRIZ方法所改良PEMFC(質子交換膜燃料電池)的組裝設計,並做效能影響實驗來驗証磁場對電池效能所造成的影響。最後經由實驗結果可以發現,利用TRIZ方法改良的組裝設計可得較均勻的應力分佈,且可知強力磁鐵的磁場對電池效能的影響並不大。

Catalyst layer and graphite paper or graphite cloth in PEMFC are easily affected by unequal assembly force during assembly. It could be caused in non-uniform material quality and also affect PEMFC performance, stability and sustainability. This thesis is to utilize TRIZ methodology to improve non-average stress distribution after assembling PEMFC. It is aimed to utilize pressure film to replace MEA through assembly experiment that pressure values, which are quantified form MATLAB program, to verify that assembly design of PEMFC can be improved by using TRIZ. Moreover, it could discuss the effect of magnetic field upon PEMFC efficiency via fuel cell performance experiment. According to experiment results, it can obtain much uniform stress distribution via improvement of assembly design by TRIZ. In addition, strong magnetic field does not affect PEMFC efficiency so obviously.
