摘要


本研究主要目的是觀察「資訊科技導入對綠色供應鏈作業流程造成的影響」,藉由個案研究方式探討,了解企業在面臨綠色供應鏈挑戰時,最先解決要務為綠色供應商管理與綠色設計。因綠色供應鏈目的為製造「綠色產品」,產品於使用壽命完結時,其零件回收利用,或接受妥善處置。綠色產品即採用綠色材料,透過綠色設計、綠色製造、綠色包裝而生產的一種降低污染的環境保護產品。究其源頭的根本問題既為綠色供應商管理及綠色設計。本研究針對生產綠色產品時,企業如何執行綠色供應商管理,得到綠色零件;綠色設計如何運作以設計出綠色產品。從中資訊科技如何協助企業因應綠色供應鏈造成的作業流程改變,資訊系統如何協助綠色產品的製造更趨迅速。 個案觀察後得出研發設計流程有四項重點:供應商評估、零件承認、研發設計選料、零件風險管理。對這四個重點流程,本研究歸納出十點發現,並由發現結果推論出三項企業在面臨綠色供應鏈議題時應有的認知: 1. 公正資訊平台的重要性不可或缺,產業界應共同協助其完成。 2. 定義溝通標準、資料格式、驗證資料內容,以利資訊系統的建置。 3. 綠色供應鏈並非只有上下游的關係,還有二階客戶/供應商,應協助其供應鏈上的成員提昇資訊能力,才能真正發揮供應鏈整合效率。

The objective of this research is to observe” the effect of implementing information technology on green supply chain processes”. In use of case study, two most urgent works that have to be done when the company faces to the green supply chain are green supplier management and green design. The purpose of green supply chain is to manufactures “green product”. When the product ends it’s life, the components of it could be recycled. The green product uses green components, green design, green manufacture, and green package to make an environmental protective product. We found it that the fundamental problems are green supplier management and green design. This research is to understand how the manufacturer implements green supplier management to get green components, and understand how green design works to design the green product. How IT support company facing these processes change and promoting the green production speed. According to the case study, the design processes include supplier estimating, components admitting, green components selecting, and components risk monument. For the four parts mentioned, this research generalizes ten findings and three conclusions that company involved in green supply chain should understand the followings: 1. The information exchange platform is necessary; the industry must help the platform implementation. 2. Define the standard of communication, data, and certification to help the implementation of the platform. 3. Green Supply Chain includes the initial supplier/client, the second supplier/client and so on, the manufacturer should support the supplier enhance the capability of information, in order to improve the supply chain efficiency.
