平面顯示器產業綠色供應鏈管理系統建置-以某TFT-LCD公司為例

摘要

摘要

國內廠商為因應歐盟制定的WEEE、RoHS、EUP等相關指令，如何建構及管理綠色供應鏈，已是企業目前所面臨的最重要的實務課題。本研究透過文獻探討及個案研究方式，針對國內企業為建構綠色供應鏈的過程所面臨的問題及因應對策，加以探討及分析。
本研究主要研究對象為我國平面顯示器產業中產值最高TFT-LCD產業，研究內容包含:一、我國電子電機產業中具代表性的半導體、平面顯示器、及系統廠相關公司綠色供應鏈管理的建置經驗過程。二、整理文獻、期刊、國際環保法規與議題及國際各大電子領導大廠對平面顯示器產業的環保法規指令之要求。三、依經濟部寰淨計劃對綠色供應鏈管理系統建置建議及筆者實際參與案例公司綠色供應鏈管理系統的建置經驗。本研究透過實際參與綠色產品開發、綠色設計、產品拆分、IECQ-QC080000認證過程、綠色資訊平台等綠色供應鏈管理系統建置過程、及收集相關書面文件，透過個案研究之研究方法，以個案實證說明推動TFT-LCD產業建構綠色供應鏈活動管理模式的示範性，提高整體綠色供應鏈的反應效率、品質與強度，降低整體產業因應歐盟綠色規範的風險，間接增加台灣整體資訊產業在全球的接單能力與競爭力，及突破此項非關稅的貿易障礙，期望能提供平面顯示器產業或其他產業後續推動產業升級轉型再造時的參考。

ABSTRACT
In order to respond the related commands such as WEEE /RoHS/EuP and etc. that the EU draws up domestic manufacturer, how construct and manage a green supply chain, is already the most important actual situation topic that the enterprise faces currently.
This research aims at problem and policy that the domestic enterprise is faced by the process that constructs a green supply chain through the cultural heritage study and the case study method and takes in to inquire into and analyzes.
This research builds the process of green supply chain department by other companies in establishment and the reference electron dynamo industry of participation with physical writer case company green system of the supply chain management, and assists to tidy up by the cultural heritage and the environmental protection subject and nations' each great factory standard, with TFT-LCD in the flat panel display industry in the middle of the industry the company served by writer for inquire into an analytical case company.
This research through physically participate in a green product development and green the design and product dismantle deci, IECQ-QC080000 certification process and green information platform's etc. green supply chain management system establishment process, and collect a related and written document, explain a promotion with the individual case substantial evidence TFT-LCD through the research method of case study the industry construct the demonstration of green supply chain movable management style and raise a whole and green supply chain of reaction efficiency, quality and intensity, reduce the whole industry responds the EU green color specification of risk, indirectly increase whole information industry in Taiwan at world of the connecting single capability and competition ability, and break this nontariff trade obstruction, expect can provide flat panel display industry or other industry follow-up promotion the industrial upgrading transformation give a new life of reference。
