摘 要 隨著綠色環保指令帶動的綠色電子產品要求,已對台灣電機電子產品外銷造成重大衝擊,其中尤以禁用有害物質規範(Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment, RoHS)與化學品管理指令規範(Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals, REACH)對國內各企業的影響最大。因此有學者針對RoHS指令做綠色產品的控管,卻沒有將RoHs與REACH指令做版本控管,以及綠色產品結構(Green Bill of Material, G-BOM)管理。本研究使用Siemens產品生命週期管理(Product lifecycle management, PLM)系統,在PLM系統上新增RoHS與REACH指令詳細內容與G-BOM的版本控管功能,使其成為綠色產品管理系統。本系統以愛發公司(APIC)的汽車電子零件製造商客戶為例,完成法規資料管理、G-BOM資料管理、供應商零組件管理等指標,同時將PLM與企業資源管理系統(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)整合至同一平台,讓研發人員能快速的取得產品設計規範同時進行產品設計開發,將增加了所有部門之間的運作效率。
