博物館與文化創意產業發展之探討:以宮崎駿吉卜力美術館為例

摘要


20世紀末期,人類開始尋覓新的替代能源,以取代逐漸耗竭的煤和石油。邁入21世紀的人類,尋找替代能源的同時,也想盡辦法開發新的財富金礦。而2002年由行政院核定「挑戰2008:國家發展重點計畫」,將「文化創意產業」列為十大重點投資項目之一。以文化內容的創造為核心,將抽象的文化軟體創造高附加價值、創造新的商機與就業機會,促進經濟發展,提昇生活品質的文化創意產業,將是新的財富金礦之一。 博物館除了傳統的典藏、展示、教育的基本功能,近年來隨著經濟的成長、民眾素質的提昇,博物館成了民眾新的休閒娛樂場所,與地方觀光有了更緊密的連結。作為吸引觀光客至地方遊玩的主要吸引力,透過對地方自然或文化的發掘、再現,刺激消費活動的產生。 本研究採質性研究為探討方式,針對博物館與文化創意產業的發展做探討。蒐集相關資料進行分析與討論,並藉由訪談觀察、歸納與分析將蒐集之資料予以檢驗,並以吉卜力美術館為個案做進一步探討與瞭解。本文針對研究結論,提出以下二項研究建議:壹、掌握地方需求,強化博物館發展;貳、強化美學教育,提昇民眾博物館素養。期望藉由文化創意產業的點子,提昇博物館文化的發展。

In the late 20th century, people started to find the substitute energy to replace the decreasing fuel and oil. Entering 21th century, while finding the substitute energy people are also trying to develop the new wealthy mine. In 2002, the government has challenged the “Cultural Creative Industries” as one of the 2008 Top Ten Country Development Plans. To take the cultural creativity as the core. Making the software "culture" turn to a high additional value, create new business chances and more employment opportunities, improve the economic development and upgrade the quality of life. Cutural creative industry will be one of the new wealthy mine. Besides the traditional reserved, exhibit, and educational function of the museums, with the economic and people's disposition growing up, the museums become the latest recreational places. The museums have the close connection with the local tour industry. We take museums for the most attractive power to attract the tourists and through excavating the local nature and culture, it will stimulte the consumption activity. It uses qualitative method to do the research on musuem and the Development of Cultural Creative Industry. Collecting the relative information, by observation interview to analyze it. Take Mitaka Ghibli Museum for the case study to analyze and discuss. Base on the conclusion, the following two proposal are given: First, to know well the demand of local industry and strengthen the development of musuem; second, to strengthen the beauty education, upgrade people's musuem disposition. Hope upgrading the development of musuem by the idea of creative culture.
