隨著先進國家經濟成長趨緩,新興國家取而代之的崛起,面對新開發國家或開發中國家所釋出的廣大需求市場,企業如何從中佔領一席之地以及獲得競爭優勢,這將是各企業需要加以思考的問題。 企業獲得競爭優勢的方法有很多種,「服務」是近年來企業執行的方式之一。由於服務具有低門檻和容易仿效之特性,因此企業在推從服務以作為競爭策略時,需要額外加強創新理念與透過合適的工具予以輔助,才能使企業贏得最終的優勢。 本研究主要透過個案研究法的方式,進行探索一企業藉由「服務」來作為本身改革與獲得競爭優勢的過程探討。經由推出在地化工業服務模式─加強顧客滿意與提供前所未有的創新服務行為,透過全球運籌管理資訊系統的配合,使其有效的連結起企業位於各地分公司之運作,並且藉由全球供應鏈體系,以進行高度配合來滿足各地區顧客之需求予以實現在地化工業服務之模式行為,最終分析結果來顯示,該企業將能獲得相對性的生產成本與差異化的服務效益等優勢。於本研究中成功的顯示出一企業藉由服務模式的推行,透過資訊系統的配合使其服務有效顯現,在最終能夠有效的獲得相對性競爭優勢之作為。最後再藉由本研究所提出的命題、結語與貢獻,期待能夠幫助未來具有同樣研究方向的學者與相關性產業等,提供參考與幫助之用!
In recently years, the economy of advanced country grows slowly and the emerging country grows quickly. Facing the large demand market was born by newly-developing countries and developing countries that will be a problem for the corporation how to get a place in the domain and get the more competitive advantage. There are many kind of way to help the corporation to get the competitive advantage. “The Service” is one of ways to use by the corporation in the recent years. The service has low threshold and copy easily characteristics, so when the corporation to use the way be compete, that must be add innovative mind and use applicable tool to help it. It just will win the finally advantage. This research is used the case study methodology to research a corporation’s process which uses the service to change itself and win the competitive advantage. A strategy of the corporation is the localization industrial services which strengthen the customer satisfy and provide an innovative service. By the global logistics integration system that will be connect with sub-corporation which in everyplace of the world and by the supply chain system to provide the highest service to fit in with customer. Finally, it can bring the performance with the corporation which the relativity product cost and different services. The research says: when one corporation has a strategy of service and uses the smart information system to work, in finally that will be get the relativity competitive advantage for itself. In the paper, I’ll provide a little conclusion. I hope that can help or provide some mind to the other researcher of the same domain and manufacturer.
