台灣資訊大廠早已成為全球供應鏈中重要之一環,與國際大廠之間的合作關係也將更形密切,其中又以美日大廠為甚。憑藉著低成本、高彈性、適當品質,目前已成為全球最完整的資訊產品生產重鎮,在低價電腦來臨的時代,任何國際大廠若未尋求台灣廠商合作,幾乎無法在全球資訊市場生存。 國際知名品牌大廠的採購訂單中,已將供應商的品質評鑑列為採購的必要條件。每年與供應商續約時,還要檢視供應商在品質標準要求下,是否能持續進行改善與績效確認,可見其重視品質管理績效的態度。 本研究將以國內筆記型電腦系統廠商為研究對象,透過學術論文的整理與國內專家研究訪談問卷及相關分析等方法,來瞭解美日大廠對於國內代工廠品質的評鑑內容和差異作為研究方向,更進一步的探討品牌大廠的品質評鑑對於國內代工廠品質、經營績效、競爭力的影響,以期能提供企業界相關經驗及建議。
Technology factories in Taiwan are among the world’s most important suppliers; the partnership between Taiwanese and other international technology companies is growing stronger, especially those within the USA and Japan. Reliant on low cost, high flexibility, and good quality, Taiwan has now become one of the most significant manufacturing bases with the most complete technology product portfolios. Quality evaluation of suppliers has become one of the key requirements in the orders of the famous international factories. These factories examine if suppliers are qualified to maintain and improve their quality standards when discussing about extending contracts. This research targets the notebook suppliers in Taiwan; through the reorganization of theses and dissertations and also through the questionnaires and interviews with national experts, this research will develop ideas of how factories in the USA and Japan view the CM houses in Taiwan. Furthermore, this research includes quality reviews by branded factories relating to quality standards, performance management, and competitive ability. We hope that this research can provide enterprise with the necessary experience and advice.
