本論文研究之目的是希望藉由分析不同國籍印刷電路板廠商的管理文化重點與其產品品質水準資料,進一步了解管理文化與產品品質差異之關係,提供印刷電路板產業品質改善的另一思考方向。 本研究使用的研究方法,以個案訪視的方式來收集與分析研究對象的管理文化重點,再分析由組裝廠所提供的印刷電路板廠商品質水準資料,探討印刷電路板業者的管理文化與產品品質差異之關係,歸納出研究結果。 研究結果顯示,印刷電路板廠商的管理文化較高時(如日本廠商),其總體品質表現與管理文化是相關的,即管理文化高、總體品質水準亦較佳;但管理文化屬於一般或較低時(除日本廠商以外的其他印刷電路板廠商,如美國、韓國、台灣與東南亞廠商),其總體品質表現與管理文化的相關性並不顯著。
To improve the overall quality performance is very critical for PCB suppliers. Study the relationship between the management culture and overall quality performance can provide them the different approach to improve the quality. The procedure is to collect and analyze the management culture data when visited PCB suppliers, and analyze their quality performance date which provided by assembly houses, then study the relationship between the management culture and overall quality performance. This study indicates the significant relationship between the management culture and overall quality performance only show on those PCB suppliers which have higher management culture. For example: Japanese PCB suppliers have higher management culture, and better overall quality performance. There are no significant relationship between the management culture and overall quality performance for those PCB suppliers which have normal or lower management culture.
