本研究探討評估對象為生產蕭特基二極體M公司之三家合格磊晶圓供應商,以個案實證分析評估出最佳供應商,其目的是在對於目前矽之原物料強烈需求且有匱乏之虞的情況下,如何在供應鏈中提昇供應商在整體運作之經營管理績效表現。 本研究主要研究方法為資料包絡法與層級分析法。在資料包絡法,經由相關文獻探討,而篩選出投入產出項因子,為資產總額、營業費用、員工人數、營業成本及營業收入資料,進行資源投入的產出效率分析,分別以整體效率、純技術效率、規模效率三項分析進行探討研究其表現之優劣;在層級分析法,為依據 Dickson(1966)所提出23 項、Choi(1996)所提出26 項之供應商選擇評估指標為基礎以及參考相關文獻績效評估項目指標,再以專家問卷之方式進行分析,採用三階段評估(1)重要性評估指標之選定,(2)計算各構面與評估指標之權重值與優先順序,(3)彙集專家的主觀意見以計算供應商在層級之構面與準則因子之權重程度與優先順序。 研究結果顯示,當供應商們在品質、成本、交期、服務四項能力的水準接近的情況下,此時宜優先採用較客觀的資料包絡法,以求得穩定經營管理及彼此可長期配合關係的供應商為最佳選擇;而當供應商們均為穩定且經營管理績效著稱時,則應該優先採用專家問卷調查方式的層級分析法以評估最佳供應商,評估它們在品質、成本、交期、服務四項能力的不同高低水準。
The purpose of this study is to evaluate three epitaxial silicon wafer suppliers of a schottky diode company in order to provide a way to select the best supplier under the strong demand for silicon and further drive the suppliers to improve their overall operation performance in the supply chain. DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) is utilized in the research to first select input and output factors based on related literature reviews and then to analyze the effectiveness of resources inputted. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is used to establish evaluation indices, including 49 items adopted from Dickson(1966) and Choi(1996) and related literature and then to be analyzed by an expert survey, which was conducted in three steps: determination of important indices, calculation of the weights and priority of each dimension and index, and compilation of the subjective opinions of experts to assign the weights and priority of level dimensions and principal factors. The results indicate that DEA is preferred to be used when the suppliers have a close level in quality, cost, delivery time and service due to its objective feature, which can select a supplier with stable managing and cooperative relationship. On the other hand, AHP is suggested for choosing the best supplier when the candidates are all distinguished for their stable managing performance.
