多功能健康休閒座椅之設計

隨著環境、醫療、與科技等的進步，臺灣地區已邁入高齡化社會，因此設計生活輔具來協助高齡者，已成為現今工業界研究重點之ㄧ。脊椎在老年人是病痛的主要來源之一，從平常的腰痠背痛，到骨折駝背，有時甚至只能臥病在床，如果能及早認識這些問題，養成預防的好習慣，就可以減少病痛的發生，輕輕鬆鬆的過日子。倒立能拉開脊椎間隔，免除神經壓迫之痛苦，再配合適度運動強化四周肌肉，以徹底改善骨刺引起之疼痛，因此利用「倒立機(Inversion Table)」作倒立動作已成為一種簡易的自我治療方式。在此方向之下，本研究目的為設計一辦公與居家環境下使用，兼具健康、休閒、與生活輔助的多功能座椅。此項產品外觀類似一般休閒座椅，同時具備下列幾項基本功能： (1)有多種姿態調整自由度 (2)起身輔助功能，高齡者從坐姿轉換為站立時較為困難，此項功能輔助高齡者由坐姿轉換至站立姿態。 (3)緩和倒立動作，中老年齡層的人口中常有脊椎神經受到壓迫導致疼痛的問題，此緩和倒立動作能提供一個緩和且簡易的的自我治療方式，可拉開脊椎間隔，進而減輕脊椎神經壓迫之疼痛。

With the progress in environment, medical, science and technology. Taiwan is already taken society advanced age to march toward. So to design life assist tool to help advanced age person to come to have to complement. It already become study industrial circle by focal point. The vertebra usually in one of the main sources of the illness that old people are from have pains in the loins and back , get fracture hunchback, can only confined to bed even sometimes. If we can know these questions early , forming the good habit prevented. We can reduce the emergence of the illness. The handstand can draw back the interval of vertebra , avoid the agony of neural oppression , cooperate with appropriate sports to strengthen the muscle all around again, the pain caused in order to improve the spur completely, so use the Inversion Table as handstand movements and already become a kind of simple and easy treating the way oneself. By the way, this research purpose is used in order to design an official working and environment at home. It has health, recreation, and multi-functional seat with auxiliary life concurrently. The appearance of this product is similar to the general recreation chair, and possess the following several basic functions at the same time: (1)Many kinds of posture adjust the degree of freedom (2)Stand up and assist function, it changes from position of sitting into to be comparatively difficult when standing advanced age person, the function change from position of sitting to the posture of standing auxiliary advanced age person. (3)Relax handstand movements, it often has vertebra nerve that is oppressed the question which causes the pain in the population of layer age that middle-aged and old. It can offer treating the way to relax handstand movements oneself of a relaxation and simple and easy one, can draw back the interval of vertebra, and then lighten the pain of neural oppression of vertebra.
