椅背調整機構可依據使用者個人想要的後傾位置,來增加其舒適度與提高放鬆的效果,進而提昇個人工作上的效率。本研究之目的為設計一可自動調整的座椅機構。研究步驟包括確立出本研究之椅背調整機構之設計目標與設計規格。並 利用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP),從各因素評估並找出最適合於本研究設計需求之座椅椅背調整機構,最後使用電腦輔助設計軟體,進行各部位零件模型之建立。完成3D模型圖後再利用電腦輔助設計軟體針對連桿組件作應力應變分析。最後再選擇傳動機構與馬達來完成座椅機構部分。 本研究亦利用Labview軟體來設計人機介面,並將人機介面加入本研究所設計之椅背調整機構,使得可以讓使用者透過人機介面來自由控制椅背而達到使用者想要的椅背傾角位置。 本研究所設計完成之可調式座椅,滿足下列功能:最大可承載100 Kg之使用者、腳靠可以調整角度50度、椅座前後移動146 mm、椅背可傾斜角度60度。
The chair back rest with adjustable mechanism can be adjusted at appropriate reclining position to fit the user’s needs for comfortable and working efficiency. The purpose of the research is to design such an auto-adjustable mechanism for chair back rest. The research steps include review of the recent year’s patents, the setting of design specifications of the adjustable chair mechanism, the concept design of mechanism through the Analytical Hierarchy Process technique (AHP), and the stress analysis of the components designed. The half size prototype is build and the Human-computer Interface created by the LabVIEW also designed to friendly control the angle of chair back rest by the user. The auto-adjustable mechanism designed for the study has following functions and features: the maximum user’s weighting of 100 Kg, the angle of foot-rest of around 50 degrees, the angle of chair back of 60 degrees, and the movement stroke of sitting plane of 145 mm etc...
