零售型物流中心儲位指派與揀貨策略之績效評估研究 ~以M公司B揀貨區為例

摘要


近十年來便利商店、連鎖超市、量販店與大型百貨公司等大型零售通路蓬勃發展,新興的連鎖零售業已逐漸掌握了通路優勢與商品價格決定權,而物流中心是整個活動的輪軸。M公司物流中心不論是在儲位指派、揀貨政策、揀貨路徑等的設計已行之有年,但這些設計皆為物流中心設立初依據經驗所訂定的,並沒有經過詳細的規劃與現況的檢討。而隨著業務量的增加,物流中心的運作在效率上已出現瓶頸。因此希望能透過此研究,依據 EIQ (Entry Items Quantity) 法則將商品被揀取的機率區分等級,並計算出本物流中心所接到訂單的相對於儲位數的密度,搭配固定儲位的儲位政策。並且依幾種不同的揀貨路徑策略,以軟體進行計算,互相比較產生一個較佳模式。研究結果發現,內走道佈置之儲位指派,搭配穿越策略會有較佳的績效表現。

Over the past decade, the convenience stores, the chain supermarkets, the discount stores, and the large department stores etc. are flourishing. The new retail chain has gradually mastered the advantage of sales chain and the prices of the commodity, and the logistics center would be the axle of the event. The case of the logistics center of M company has employed the storage assignment, the picking strategy and the picking path design for years. However, these policies were set up with past experiences and no serious plans were designed and under current critical review. With the increase of business, the logistics center has encountered bottleneck in the efficiency of the operation. Therefore, this study used the EIQ (Entry Items Quantity) rule to distinguish the various grades by the picking probability of the products, and calculated the density of the orders received by the logistics center relative to the numbers of the storages. The fixed reserve assignment areas and several different types of picking path policies were used to compare and search for a better model. The results of this suggested model was applied in actual practices and showed that the overall picking efficiency could be improved.
