成果相依對溝通、相互支援以及資訊系統專案成效的影響

摘要


專案管理在現今企業組織中已非常盛行,尤其在資訊系統的專案裏牽涉到許多技術性、專業性的問題,稍有差錯,可能不只是專案延遲、費用超支這麼簡單的事了,因此國內外學者,無不努力探討影響資訊系統團隊績效的因素。然而在眾多的文獻裏,關於成果相依及相互支援的研究卻甚少,因此本研究針對成果相依、相互支援、溝通與資訊系統專案成效的關係進行探討。 本研究的目的將探討成果相依與溝通、相互支援及團隊績效之間的關係,以期能幫助專案管理者更瞭解增進團隊績效的因素,而採取有效的方法,提昇專案管理的成功率。 本研究以資訊系統專案團隊成員為抽樣對象,共發出500份問卷,回收有效問卷253份,有效回收率為50.6%。本研究之資料分析方法有信度分析、效度分析、敘述性統計分析、相關分析及偏相關迴歸法(Partial Least Squares Approach)。實證結果發現:成果相依對相互支援及團隊績效的影響不顯著;成果相依對溝通的影響很顯著;溝通對相互支援及團隊績效的影響很顯著;相互支援對團隊績效的影響很顯著。 本研究的成果可以做為企業組織在資訊系統專案中,提昇團隊績效方面的參考。後續的學者亦可針對影響相互支援的因素繼續加以探討,以使此方面的研究更臻完善。

Project management has become common and important among companies, and calamity generally results if a project fails to achieve its intended goals. Therefore numerous studies have focused on this area. This investigation examined the relationships among outcome interdependence, mutual support, communication and team performance, in an attempt to help project managers better understand the influences on project success rate. The model is tested using data from 253 valid surveys (out of 500) from members of information system project teams. The methods employed include descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and the Partial Least Squares method. The analytical results reveal that mutual support and communication are significantly related to team performance. Furthermore, outcome interdependence is significantly related to communication. Moreover, communication is significantly related to mutual support. Surprisingly, outcome interdependence is not significantly related to mutual support and team performance. The findings of this study can provide a reference for improving information system project team performance, as well as providing a foundation for future studies.
