ERP vs MES 跨平台資料流整合之研究－以璨圓光電為例

摘要
隨著整個市場型態的轉變，資訊科技的發展進步迅速，各型無論大小產業均已朝向e化的方向做轉化，然而因應不同產業不同業務的需求，相對的不同的資訊系統也漸漸因應而生。軟體公司看準了e化是市場產業必定的趨勢，也認同了唯有把產業的傳統作業型態改變，將產業裡的資訊效益提昇令其發揮到最大效益，才能協助產業提昇在市場上的競爭力進行增加更大的利潤。 然而在考慮資訊系統的效率及準確因素之下，在市場上也相繼發展出不同類型不同作法不同資料平台（資料庫環境）的資訊系統，甚多產業因應本身作業的需求進而採取多資訊系統併行的作業方式，但在系統間的資料流整合卻仍是一個很大的盲點，大部份產業仍是透過人工的方式整合系統間的橋樑。在這份研究中，我們將以個案探索LED產業內如何有效整合MES（製造執行系統）以及ERP（資訊管理系統）兩套系統的資訊，不但可大大提昇MES與ERP二者的資訊效益，改善產業內產品生產力的分析，更透過這樣的整合方式探索出產業中對於生產線原物料控管的重要性與影響，並且對於產業在市場上的競爭力也有著相關的重要性關係存在。

Following the whole market trend’s change, rapid development in information technology, every big and small business already had made a change towards e, and to accommodate different business’s needs, different information systems developed. Software company has set their eyes on e because it is a paul force in the market place, and recognized that the only way is to change the way traditional business operate, to be able to help take a business higher in the competitive market and increase it’s profits. Considering the efficiency and correctness of the information system, on the market we have developed different models, different methods and different information systems, even many business have adopted the many different forms of information work method, but in the system’s information flow is still a big blind spot, the majority of business still use manpower to organize the information. In this dissertation, we will go into LED business and find how to organize MES and ERP’s two system’s information, not only can we improve MES and ERP’s information efficiency, improve product production, going through this organizing method to find out the important and essential it is to businesses on the competitive market.
