運用資料包絡分析法探討TFT-LCD 供應商績效評估

摘要


隨著TFT LCD面板產能大幅提升及價格不斷下滑情況下,上游關鍵零組件供貨來源穩定性、低廉之材料成本、良好的品質能力與技術力將有助於提升TFT LCD 廠商競爭力,因此供應商的選擇占了重要的角色。 本研究利用資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis;DEA)針對TFT LCD上游關鍵零組件供應商為研究對象以建立實際而有效的績效評估模型,藉此找出各材料具有效率之供應商,以建立最佳供應鏈。 對於TFT LCD之上游關鍵零組件供應商的投入與產出變數,經由文獻整理與資料取得的限制,在投入變數上選擇營業成本、研究發展費用、固定資產淨額、資產總額等四項;產出變數選擇營業收入、營業淨利(淨損)、本期淨利(淨損)、EPS、品質系統稽核,評估其營業績效,利用CCR模型求得總效率,再透過BCC模式求得純粹技術效率及規模效率,依據分析結果作為管理者經營決策的參考及提供相對無效率之供應商改善方向與幅度。 實證分析結果,本研究23家供應商平均總效率值為92.63%,表示整體供應商7.37%的改善空間,無效率來自純粹技術效率,其中輔祥規模效率值為1顯示已在最適規模下生產,但其總效率值及純粹技術效率值並不為1,表示投入資源並未妥善運用,使得無法達到最大化產出。大億無效率的原因來自規模效率不佳,大億處於規模報酬遞減階段(DRS),故需縮小規模,應可提升總效率值。聯詠、矽創、晶磊、奇景、其樂達、敦茂、頂倫、華容、瑞儀、中強效率值為1具有總效率、純粹技術效率及規模效率。

Under the circumstances, TFT LCDs’ production goes up and cost goes down. It helps to strengthen the TFT LCDs’ competition on the fact that suppliers could stably provide key components which has popular cost and good quality and technique; hence, the supplier-selecting becomes one of the important factors. The purpose of this paper is to measure the performance of supplier in TFT LCD industry by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and set performance evaluation models to select supplier of efficiency. Furthermore, select the efficient suppliers to set the best supplier chain. Applying CCR model to gain the production efficiency through the BCC model to procure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. From the other literature review and date collected restrict, we select input variation including operating cost, research and development, property and epuipment net, total assets, output variation including operating revenues, operating income, net income, EPS, quality system audit score to measure the suppliers performance in TFT LCD industries. Finally, the analysis results can provide strategic decision for administrator and suggestions to enhenche the performance of inefficiency suppliers. The research results shows that average production efficiency of 23 suppliers in TFT LCD industry is 92.63% and 7.37% need to be improved. The inefficiency is result from the technical efficiency. However, Forhouse scale efficiency is 1 but in the technical inefficiency casusing production inefficiency. Inefficiency of Kenmos is result from scale inefficiency and need to decrease the scale to increase the production efficiency. Novatek, Sintronix, Samartasic, Himax, Cheertek, Denmos, J-three, HJC, ROE, CTX are the production efficiency, technical efficiency, scale efficiency.
