筆記型電腦的專業電子代工(Electronic Manufacturing Services ;EMS)面對製程技術的快速演進,各家廠商紛紛找尋新的製程工法,使其產品有與眾不同的特色及風格。正全新改造傳統筆記型電腦產品印象,以筆記型電腦外殼的多元特色及魅力,來提高市場新的佔有率,而筆記型電腦廠商也不約而同的看好這模內裝飾(In-Mold Decoratiom;IMD)新技術,同樣手機、家電產品都有相同需求。然而IMD技術發展的一個重要瓶頸在於技術價值的難以估算,往往買賣雙方在交易過程中,需要花很長的時間來協商彼此心中合理的價值,使得合作上產生困難,影響產品上市的契機。因此如何表達無形資產的價值,並能夠具體化的提供給買賣雙方討論,是項重要的議題,本論文研究之主要目的就借用新專利的「鑑價方式」所建構出之鑑價模型(市場收益評估法)與計價方式(成本法),針對IMD技術內的模內轉印進行合理議價的方法,以降低買賣雙方交易訊息的不透明性,進而有效降低EMS廠被專利權的層層剝削以增加自身利潤。
Recently based on the rapid improvement of manufacturing in notebook industry, the complexity of designing housing has been increased dramatically. In order to expedite the design of notebook housing, electronic manufacturing services (EMS) has a In-Mold Decoratiom (IMD) technique to use popularly in manufacturing field. By archiving this IMD know-how, EMS will be the trend in manufacturing notebook housing technique. However, in developing ODM technique there is difficulty regarding the accurate estimated budget of the each case. More, during the business transaction of buyer and seller, there usually will be some disagreement over the pricing. For this reason, it will make some obstructer between buyer and seller and also affect the timing of introduced new products into the market. So buyer and seller would have to be aware that the importance of good communication and some uncertain objects in making a business deal. First, the purpose of this research use Market Income approach to show how buyers and sellers finalize the patent pricing of IMR in IMD series. More, in order to reach an agreement in each transaction; we have to understand does buyer know the value of this technique and does the buyer agree the pricing and it is reasonable or worth its value. Finally, seller needs to understand their choices in completing the transaction. During this research there is a case that will be discussed which are IMD, IMR. By comparing these techniques, first step we need to collect their basic and advanced information. Then find out the price structure in IMD, IMR so that we can have an oral interview with the management staff. The outcome of this research will show what elements will influence the pricing in the IMR market and what strategy can seller effect buyer’s decisions.
