液晶顯示器隨著技術的進步,產品品質的提高,且價格持續降低,已為不可或缺的顯示介面並成為市場主流。在液晶顯示器影像顯示不良中,影像殘留為液晶顯示器待改善的問題,也是消費者在選購液晶顯示器時會考慮的因素之一。隨著網路多媒體的快速發展,現在的消費者大多長時間使用液晶顯示器,若液晶顯示器有影像殘留問題產生時,會導致客戶抱怨。雖然殘影為液晶材料特性,但目前針對殘影檢測並沒有適合的測試方法,因此,下游廠商基於品質考量,會自訂產品檢測條件並要求面板供應商執行,導致檢測條件過多,造成檢測成本的損失,何為最佳檢測條件是面板供應商及相關廠商想了解的問題。本文針對影像殘留檢測問題為研究主題,分為兩個部份進行探討,影響殘影檢測結果的主要因素為檢測畫面及檢測時間,第一部份利用示波器量測畫面之電壓及波型,以探討不同檢測畫面在電子原理面的差異性。第二部份針對影響殘影檢測特性之因子,設計一個篩選實驗,以找出有顯著影響之因子,採用不同的測試時間搭配客戶要求的檢測畫面進行試驗。檢測條件會直接影響最終的判定結果,因此,本論文分析在不同檢測畫面及檢測時間下殘影的差異性,並找出最佳的殘影檢測條件。
With the progressing of techniques, better qualities of products, and continuing lowering the prices, Liquid Crystal Display(LCD) has become the main stream of the market. Yet, Image Sticking is still one of the problems that need to be improved of this area, and it is the one of the considerations when consumers are purchasing LCD.By the rapid developing of the internet multimedia, many consumers spend more time in using LCD than before. Consumers will complain of the problem if the LCD has Image Sticking issue. Although Image Sticking is the one of the materials performances of liquid crystal, we still have no proper measures of testing Image Sticking presently. Therefore, considering about the quality, venders will set up and provide their own conditions of testing products to LCD makers. As a result, there are too many conditions and will cause the loss of inspections cost. What is the best inspection condition which is the most important problem that venders and LCD makers want to know?The dissertation will focus on the problems of Image Sticking and will have researches for two parts which are inspection patterns and time. In the first part, the voltage and waves of the inspection will be measured by the oscilloscope in order to find out the differences based on the electron theory between patterns. The second part, we will design an experiment with different inspection time and the requests of consumers in order to find out the factors with significant influences that may influence Image Sticking. The inspection conditions will influence the final result of the experiment directly. Therefore, the dissertation will analyze the differences of conditions under different inspection patterns and time, and find out the best condition of the inspection.
