財富管理業務的績效管理制度對員工滿意度之研究-以T銀行為例

摘要


作為新興業務的財富管理業,只有擁有滿意度高的員工,才能提高理財服務各個環節的品質,爭取到更多的客戶,在財富管理業務的競爭中搶佔更大的市場份額。員工的滿意度調查近年來呈現上升趨勢,本研究擬從績效管理制度的角度出發,建立績效管理制度對員工滿意度的影響研究模式,並以實證的方式.討論績效管理制度對員工的滿意度的關聯性。 本研究採用問卷作為研究工具,以國內某家銀行財富管理業務的四類員工作為研究物件,問卷的問項參考國內外相關理論與研究文獻,並以該家銀行的員工的意見作適度調整。本研究的員工滿意度研究構面包括:績效計劃、績效促進、績效考評和績效獎勵。另外本研究也分析了個人屬性變數對員工滿意度的影響。 結果發現:(1)全體員工最滿意的是績效獎勵,其次是績效考評,再次是績效計劃,最不滿意的則是績效促進。(2)員工對績效計劃、考評、促進、獎勵四大構面的滿意度相互之間都存在顯著的正向關係。且四大構面的滿意度分別與整體滿意度存在正向顯著關係。(3)在個人屬性變數的分析中,個人屬性變數的差異對員工滿意度的影響較小,無顯著性關係。

As a newly business, The wealth management industry firstly must own tall satisfaction employees, then it can raise the quality that the finance managing services in each link, it can fight for more customers, in the result of having a larger part of market. The employee's satisfaction inquisition presents up-trend in recent years, this research draws up from the angle of the results management system, to establish a research mode that the results management has a influence upon the employee's satisfaction, and then with a substantial evidence. Discuss the connection of satisfaction of the results management system to the employee. This research adopts questionnaire as the study tool, using four types of employees of a certain bank wealth management business in the local as the research objects. The questionnaire makes reference to domestic and international related theories and research cultural heritage to design, and make appropriate adjustment by the employee's opinion of this bank. This research will study four factors of employee's satisfaction, including the results planning, results promoting, results examine and results rewarding. Moreover, this research also analyzes personal attribute influence to the employee's satisfaction. The result discovers the following result:(1) The results reward is most satisfied to all employee, and the results examine secondly, the last is the results promoting.(2)The employee’s satisfaction to the four factors exists obviously related. And the satisfaction of the four factors and the whole satisfaction exists a clear relationship.(3)In the analysis of personal attribute change, the difference of the personal attribute have a small influence to the employee's satisfaction.
