醫院病房導入數位化之創新服務 -以互動式STB/RFID為例

摘要


摘 要 在現今醫療產業環境的競爭愈趨激烈下,「醫院旅館化服務」將是影響醫院下一波的企業驅動因子,如何導入數位化之創新服務將是牽動醫院價值鏈體系成敗的關鍵因素。本文參考國內、外有關醫療服務業、營運模式與創新服務的文獻,針對醫院病房導入數位化之創新服務,推導出研究架構以及設計出醫院病房導入數位化個案訪談的問卷。本研究採質化方法,深入訪談不同屬性的個案醫院,探討七家個案醫院的創新服務,並做跨個案的比較歸納。 本研究對象主要以醫院病房為主,運用Kano Model/馬斯洛需求理論與Poter競爭優勢理論為基礎,探討互動式STB/RFID對醫院病房導入數位化之創新服務之影響,經過七家醫療院所訪談比較歸納後,發現醫療服務業導入數位化之創新服務,對於醫院競爭優勢的提升,確實有實質上效益的佐證,以醫院病房導入數位化之創新服務-以互動式STB/RFID為例,在其架構中分別應用數位電視平台及結合RFID安全讀取辨識下功能的科技匯流產物,其結合了網路電腦應用與互動式STB/RFID兩者的優點,強調雙向互動的即時視聽服務,應用範圍從娛樂橫跨到資訊網路運用、個人化服務及安全辨識功能管理等。 本研究經分析歸納建議以下列五大方向做為未來醫療院所如何邁向醫院旅館化的”高品質”的服務做參考。1、提高個人體驗,創造病人滿意。2、醫院旅館化服務,給予病人全新感受。3、精緻化及時服務,以病人為中心。4、超級奢華感受,挑動消費欲望。5、多元化的科技,滿足病人需求。在未來國內醫療產業提升競爭力,可以優先著重下列四項重點包括:1.應從其「客製化」的角度思考、2.醫院病房導入數位化之創新服務有利於醫院之間的差異化、3.醫院病房導入數位化之創新服務可做為新創事業的發展、4.創新服務與國際化專業的醫療人才為進軍國際市場的利器四項重點。 關鍵字:醫院旅館化服務、醫療服務業、互動式STB、創新服務、營運模式

ABSTRACT Under existing heavy competition circustance, Hotellized Medication service will be the key driving factor of next evolution of hospitalism. Implementation of digitalized innovational service in hospital leads win and loss on the value chain of hospital related operations. This study referred relative articles of hospital service, operation model and innovational service to outline the research flow and generate the questionnaire for the study, The attributes of this study were obtained by the feedback to questionnaire through the interviews with management in 7 different character of hospitals so that to have wider coverage of comparison and conclusion. This study is aim at the application of innovational digitalized service in hospital sickroom, By applying "Kano Model" ( Kano)、"Hierarchy of Needs Theory" ( Maslow) and "From Competitive Advantage to Corporate Strategy" ( Porter) to investigate the influence on different scale of hospitals while implementing the innovational STB/RFIDdevices in sickroom . As the result to show from this study, the implementation of digitalized interactive STB / RFID in sickroom provides advantage on real-time service and personal security in medication management. As the suggestions to offer from this study, 5 Key factors shall be put into consideration for implementing “high quality “medication service 1. Offering personal experience, Achieve patients’ satisfaction 2. Hospitalizing medication service, Renew patients’ imagination 3. Providing patient oriented 、Timely excellent service 4. Creating super luxurious feeling, Aspiring enjoyment 5. Multiplying technology application, Fulfilling patients’ needs. As the strategy to conclude from this study, for improving competitiveness in medication service industry, 4 key points shall be prioritized 1.Completed entire cycle of customization service, conception and invention 2. Differentiate medication service through the innovational service 3.Treat implementing innovational application in sickroom as a newly established business 4.Continue service innovation and professional human resource development to become globalize.
