人工關節墊片之表面奈米級磨潤分析

摘要


本研究在微觀實驗上,使用掃描試探針顯微鏡(SPM)的鑽石探針模擬材料表面的硬質突出物,在相對為軟質的人工關節墊片(超高分子聚乙烯,UHMWPE)材料上之單一突出物進行刮痕實驗,並藉由加入液態黃油來改變兩材料界面間的黏滯摩擦力;以改變實驗上鑽石探針與UHMWPE材料界面間不同的黏滯摩擦力,來探討不同材料界面間的黏滯摩擦力對摩擦因子(Friction factor)的影響,進而修正理論上使用以Upper bound method 所建立的數學模型。

This research in on the micro experiment , use the diamond probe of Scanning probe microscopy (SPM) to simulate a hard tor , to carry out the scratch experiment on the soft ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material that is used in the total joint replacement prosthesis . Besides , we add the lubricant to change the adhesive force that is between the interface of diamond probe and UHMWPE material . By the change of adhesive force that is between the interface of diamond probe and UHMWPE material , we can discuss the influence among adhesive force and friction factor , and to revise the mathematic model of Upper bound method set up in theory .
