超硬鍍膜端銑刀之磨耗行為研究

摘要


本研究利用化學氣相沈積類鑽碳(CVD DLC)、物理氣相沈積類鑽碳(PVD DLC)和氮化鈦(TiN)三種不同鍍膜的端銑刀進行實務銑削實驗,觀察不同鍍膜層對於刀腹磨耗之影響,並配合掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察鍍膜層磨耗狀況。為了進一步了解不同鍍膜層對於端銑刀所提供改善刀具壽命的能力,於微觀實驗上使用奈米壓痕實驗以提供不同鍍膜層於碳化鎢刀具上的材料性質,並使用原子力顯微鏡(AFM)的鑽石探針模擬材料表面的硬質突出物,在鍍膜試片上進行刮痕實驗分析不同鍍膜層的抗磨耗性。進而以微觀實驗解釋巨觀鍍膜層的磨耗情形。

The research studies the influence of different coated films on flank wear through commercial milling test. The milling tools with three distinct coated films (CVD DLC, PVD DLC and TiN) are observed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Combined with Nano-indentation test, the material properties of different coatings on WC tool is provided to help knowing the improvement in tool life of distinct coated film. Diamond probe of atomic force microscope(AFM) is used to simulate a hard tor on work piece to carry out scratch experiment when analyzing the ability of wear resistance. The wear behavior of coating will be explained by the results of micro-test.
