知識管理與幼教機構行政績效關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討知識經濟時代知識管理在幼教機構運作情形;幼教機構如何在教育的變革中,掌握機會、運用知識,創造智慧就能贏得先機;以及提供具體的研究結論與建議,俾作為幼教機構推動知識管理實務工作之參考。在本研究中,深入探討幼教機構中的工作人員對於知識管理之認知態度及現況,並深入了解幼教機構之特有組織文化、領導風格、員工特質與知識管理活動之推動以及其與行政績效之關係。希望藉此研究結果提出合理且有建設性的具體建議。 本研究主要以「問卷調查法」為主要研究工具,以桃園縣共十二個鄉鎮市共483家公私立立案幼教機構作為研究對象。再輔以「實地訪談法」,讓本研究所得資訊更為完整。 本研究結論,藉由推動知識管理確實可以明顯的提高幼教機構行政績效,而推動知識管理活動則與組織成員對於知識管理的認知、經營者對於知識管理的重視與支持有相當大的關係,如能藉此進而形成組織知識分享文化、建立組織特有的知識管理系統。在訪談的結論中也與問卷調查的結論互相呼應,並更進一步指出,即使已經

Abstract This research aims to discuss the relationship between Knowledge Management (KM) and administration of young children education organization. Its Purposes are to survey the status of the KM implementation in these education administrations of the young children education organization, to discuss the differences of education administration officers reception of the KM and to survey the cross relationship among different factors in the KM. This research was done by a literature review and following questionnaire survey. After sampling the young children education organization in Tao-Yuan county . This study presented a detailed analysis 62 valid questionnaires, which were processed by SPSS software, and obtain the findings as following: 1. The KM strategies provide remarkable predictability of the connotation of the KM. 2.The KM strategies will help the administrators to arise the efficiency of the administration affaire. 3.Enhancing administrative authorization and empowerment to improve the perceptions of the KM of the young children educations administration managers.
