考量結合方法變更及拆卸成本之整合組裝規劃

摘要


由於環保意識抬頭,加上歐盟提出的WEEE(Waste management of Electrical and Electronic Equipment)指令,而電機電子等設備產品其功能日新月異,產品生命週期相當短暫,造成其汰換與廢棄之速度往往也高於一般產品,因此環保之要求已由傳統偏向操作面的污染防制,傾向由「產品面」延長生產者之責任,從設計開發階段即必須考慮環保要求。如何兼顧環保及產品品質將是相關產業所要面臨的環境議題新挑戰。因此若能夠在產品設計之初就將組裝及拆卸時可能的成本一起考量,在組裝成本及拆卸成本之間取得平衡實為直得深思之議題。 過去研究中,對於組裝次序規劃及拆卸次序規劃都是個別去規劃求解,並沒有同時將兩者一併考慮的情況,有鑒於此,本研究將提出一個新的概念,在組裝方法可能改變的情況下,尋求組裝成本加上拆卸成本最小之整合組裝規劃。本研究主要可分為兩階段探討,第一階段中主要是針對產品做基本資訊的分析,其中將利用到本研究所提出之組裝妨礙矩陣(Assembly Interference Matrix,AIM)對元件間相互影響之關係做分析,其分析之結果將為第二階段之輸入;在第二階段中本研究將提出一成本函數-總成本(Total Cost,TC),此總成本包含組裝和拆卸兩部份的計算,以總成本最小為目標,最後再以啟發式演算法中的基因演算法做為求解近似最佳解的工具,並以田口方法取得基因演算法之最佳參數組合。

Due to the raising environmental consciousness, all the electronics and machinery products export to European Union need to comply with WEEE (Waste management of Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulations. Hence, it will be a new challenge of environmental topic that relevant industries will face how to give consideration to environmental protection and products quality. So, if we can consider assembly cost and disassembly cost together before the product design, to obtain the balance between assembly cost and disassembly cost is worthy of to think deeply. In past researches, regarding to assembly sequence planning and disassembly sequence planning were solved individually. There is no research considering the two at the same time. Hence, this research offers a new concept. On the premise of assembly method can be changed, by seeking for integrated assembly planning for minimum assembly cost and disassembly cost. This research is divided into two stages, the first stage is analysis the basic information of target product by using the assembly interference matrix (AIM) which is proposed by this research. The result of first stage will be the input of second stage. The second stage proposes a specific cost function by using total cost (TC) estimation method. The content of total cost includes assembly cost and disassembly cost. How to minimize the total cost is the major goal in this research. This research use genetic algorithm to optimize the total cost, and Taguchi method is applied for deciding the most suitable parameters.
