本篇論文結合波特五力分析藉由策略群組比較與核心能力觀點,探討企業成長策略,就市場、產品、技術、方向…有何不同而產生不同的國際佈局之議題。本研究以軟板產業中的嘉聯益科技股份有限公司為中心,研究全球軟板產業的競爭佈局與經營績效,依循「環境、策略、組織、能力」的脈絡,探討軟板產業的全球競爭佈局,從全球軟板產業現況、各國主要供應商的現況、各該公司的佈局獲利,以探討此一產業的成敗因素,以為經營管理的參考。 從軟板產業的價值鏈中,在上、中、下游的關係與研究主軸公司的關聯求出它的產業定位。文中並分析嘉聯益公司目前擁有之核心競爭力,以其能力觀點評估其競爭佈局活動的效益,以及對於公司營運績效的影響,並建議嘉聯益公司採取積極快速的競爭佈局以拉開追隨者的距離,並縮短與先進廠商的差距。
This thesis uses value flexible printed circuits business analysis and Global competitive arrangement and management research. Using a case study methodology, the author investigates of flexible printed circuits industry. Career Tech as the central to research the industry global competitive arrangement and management research . The study analyzes each company their global competitive arrangement, evaluates their management result, contrasts the differences of those companies off models, and suggests that Career Tech adopt actively to developing their global competitive arrangement. . The research finding contributes to the understanding of the value activity spin off issue in flexible printed circuits industry.
