摘要

有效的行動任務分析有助於增進任務效率及提升組織內部，以往的研究大多關注於任務進行方面，有鑑於此，本研究將多項任務重點結合，包含:任務人員、任務進行、運輸物品…等，主要目的為建構用於車用行動任務稽核分析系統，以改善舊有缺失為出發點，資料收集使用ADC( Automatic Data Collection )特點、高效率的行動任務收集。系統具備資料上傳功能，配合Client - server架構，提供動態網頁對應給使用者。在網頁設計上，除了顯示、分析任務執行過程，進一步提供自動稽核功能，搭配視覺化的地圖顯示及LTI( Location Tracking Identification )功能，方便了解行動任務的路線進行，重現任務狀況，可從時、空資料中找出異常，進而擬定處理建議模式，作為日後提升任務執行品質之參考依據，評估員工、任務效率，進而改善缺失，發揮任務進行的最大效益。為審查系統研究成果，系統完成行進行檢測，以確立系統的價值和正確性。

The effective analyzing is an important part of mobile mission , the researchs in the past focus on the process in the mission. For this reason, this study combine many key point of the transportation mission, including : the staff in mission, process of the mission, transportation goods… etc. Our goal is to build up a system , which can analyzing the mission data, and improve the defects exist in traditional, the data collector in system designed base on the vehicle space, and data collector can receive data automatically, called ADC (Automatic Data Collection). Our system is a client – server architecture, the receive data can upload to server database system. We offer web page to show the data after analyzing and reappear the mission data.. The web server can show electric map, helps user know the space data and path easily. By the auditing function in web page, analyzing all the data related to mobile mission, User can find unusual data, then concluding some proper decisions. According to these decisions, system helps the new missions in future more efficiently.
