本論文之主要目的為完成「鋰鐵電池管理系統」之研製,此系統包含單元電池電壓量測、電池組電壓/電流/溫度量測、電池組保護、電池組殘餘電量估測、電池組充電等化以及透過CAN通訊與Visual Basic人機介面的電腦監控等功能。本研究所研製的系統能隨時掌握電池組狀態,並且透過電腦監控介面,完整監控電池組之電壓、電流與溫度,在充/放電過程中,系統亦能估測目前電池組殘餘電量以供參考,另外,在充電過程中,系統能對電池組中單元電池進行充電等化。最後,本論文實際研製一套鋰鐵電池管理系統,來對電池組進行充/放電管理,以驗證此系統具有能將電池組充電等化及電腦監控之功能,並且透過電池組充/放電實驗,來驗證本系統所設計之電池組保護策略及殘餘電量估測是否適用。
The research aims to build up a Lithium-Iron Battery Management System. The system consists of single cell voltage measurement, battery pack voltage/current/temperature measurements, battery pack protection, State of Charge (SOC) calculation, battery charging equalization, and communicates with PC base Visual Basic human interface via CAN protocol. The human interface monitors the system’s voltage, current and temperature in all states. In addition, the system is able to dynamically calculate the State of charge while charging and discharging and to equalize the cells with over voltage situation when charging. Finally, the system was demonstrated to be capable of performing above design functions and the results are shown in the thesis.
